Chris Dent

Before producing and moving into physical production, Chris held positions in development working in the story department at Amblin for DreamWorks, at Firm Films working for producer Beau Flynn, and at Paramount Pictures working for producer, Scott Rudin. He is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles. Chris gained his first feature film credit working in the art department on the DreamWorks/Warner Bros film, The Time Machine, and his first television credit working in the camera department on the ESPN/DreamWorks/Mark Burnett production, The Contender. Chris is currently working on The Ambuscade and Trotsky in Vienna for House of Bleu Productions as well as survival-thriller, Canyon, with Unmanned Media and in house on the horror projects, Bad Moon Rising and Leeds Point Devil. He is a creative and business consultant and executive producer for various Los Angeles based entertainment companies. Chris has prior gained extensive experience working in physical production as a line producer and production supervisor. He has produced and supervised numerous commercials, promotional spots and music videos for various production houses, television networks and studios including; ABC, MTV, Starz, Disney, FX, the Food Network, UFC, Ridley Scott & Associates, Independent Media, Daft Arts and Digital Domain. Chris was raised in New Jersey before moving to Los Angeles as an undergrad to attend USC. He began working for major Hollywood studio producers and executives within the studio system at the age of 19.
