Before Greg began directing, he had an extensive acting background getting cast as the lead by George Lucas Pictures in Nintendo's Super Mario Brothers three commercial, as well as Burger King, and other commercials. He performed in the theater as Rum Tug Tugger in "Cats", and in “West Side Story," and others, then went on to study both Graphic Design at Long Beach State and Filmmaking at UCLA. He made numerous shorts, and the first feature film he directed was titled 'Meaning of Violence'. He's worked his way into Hollywood as 2nd AC, key grip, and producer for Hillin Entertainment on films starring Billy Zane and Bruce Dern and on award winning films like "the Bells," which went viral with over 8 million views. Creatively, Gregory is a visionary, focusing on cutting edge genre's that beat to the pulse of the times. His artistic edge as writer, director and artist, is a mixture of his past directing, graphic design, illustration and production. He can make a small budget film look like it was made for a much larger budget. His film company Dime Novel Films llc slogan is, "Nobody makes a feature cheaper. Currently, Dime Novel Films has teamed up with several big Hollywood players, Donna Smith who produced so many award winning films you lose count.
